| Notes | <To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we ask anyone meeting the following criteria to refrain from attending the performance.> Those having a fever of 37.5 or higher (a temperature higher than normal) or any of the following symptoms (temperature will be measured when entering): ? Coughing, difficulty breathing, general malaise, sore throat, runny or congested nose, loss of taste or smell, joint or muscle pains, diarrhea, nausea or vomiting, or other similar symptoms ? Anyone who has been in close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 by PCR testing ? Anyone who has visited countries or regions within the past two weeks from which the government restricts entry or requires a period of observation after entry, or anyone who has been in close contact with such persons 【Requests to participants】 Please wear a face mask. Also, please refrain from raising your voice. We ask for your cooperation with observing coughing etiquette. Participants not wearing a face mask may be refused entry. We ask that persons with pre-existing conditions or pregnancy and those accompanying pre-school children to exercise caution in their decision to attend, referring to information from relevant institutions. Please wash and disinfect your hands thoroughly. Hand disinfectant will be available near the entrance to the venue and in other locations, so please make use of it when entering the venue. Refrain from eating, drinking and conversing face-to-face during the performance and maintain social distancing as much as possible. Also, please refrain from eating in the venue. The presenter of the performance will confirm the names and contact information of all attending before their participation in the performance. If infection with COVID-19 is suspected, this information will be shared with public institutions such as public health centers. The staff will be wearing face masks and will avoid talking as much as possible. They will provide services while maintaining social distancing, so we ask for your understanding. Ventilation will be provided at the venue by air conditioning equipment. To maintain ventilation capacity, the building’s windows will be kept closed. To ensure thorough disinfection of the venue, cleaning personnel may conduct disinfection procedures while participants are entering or leaving the venue or at other times. These measures may result in inconvenience, but we ask for your kind understanding. Please understand that if in carefully observing the social circumstances of the spread of COVID-19, we judge the conditions too difficult to provide a live performance with a secure system, from the standpoint of giving top priority to our participants’ health and safety and preventing infection and the spread of the disease, there is the possibility of the performance being cancelled or its content altered. If the number of participants that can be accommodated is reached, latecomers will be added to a cancellation waiting list. Please understand that application for the waiting list must be made no later than two weeks before the day of the performance. <In the case of a cancelled performance> For those paying by credit card, the payment will be cancelled and the money returned automatically. For those paying via convenience stores, we will ask them to tell us their account number to have their money returned. Please note that a 500 yen handling charge will be deducted. |
