| Event Contents | ● Details 【Niiisan’s live mini concert】 The live concert is expected to be approximately 40 minutes long. The following items will be sold at the venue: <Items for sale> ● Niiisan towel (Made with microfiber) 2,000 yen ● Photographs 500 yen (2 per set, random selections enclosed in envelopes) *Some envelopes may also include prize tickets! Prize A tickets: Backstage passes for 3 lucky winners Prize B tickets: Cheki photo op tickets for 15 lucky winners (You choose a group member you would like a photo op with) Prize C tickets: A Cheki photograph with member autographs for 10 lucky winners ● Photo op event ticket (includes handshake) 3,000 yen Event staff will use your smartphone or cell phone camera to take a group photo with you and Niiisan. After taking the photo, Niiisan members will send you off with a handshake. (The photo op event will take place after the live mini concert. One photo op event ticket purchase allowed per concert ticket.) <Sales booth hours> Presale: 10:45-12:15 (Sale hours may change. Once items are sold out, sales booths will close.) Booth sales will continue after venue opens for admittance. 【Sagwoo’s birthday celebration event】 1. Event includes Sagwoo’s solo live concert and performance as Niiisan, talk time by all three members, and raffle drawing. (Expected length of event is an hour) 2. Photo op with Sagwoo and high-five with Rui and Sol. Event staff will use your smartphone or cell phone camera to take a photo with you and Sagwoo. You will be able to give Sagwoo presents at that time. Please choose from one of the following three poses with Sagwoo: hug from the back, shoulder hug, arm crossing <Items for sale> ●Sangwoo’s photograph 500 yen (2 per set, random selections enclosed in envelopes) *Some envelopes may also include prize tickets! Prize A tickets: A ticket to the Cheki photo op event for a photo with you and Sagwoo for 15 lucky winners Prize B tickets: Sangwoo autograph event for 30 lucky winners (Requests for autographs on purchased photographs or personal items can be made) Prize C tickets: A Cheki photograph with Sangwoo’s autograph for 10 lucky winners <Sales booth hours> Presale: 15:30-16:00 (Sale hours may change. Once items are sold out, sales booths will close.) Booth sales will continue after venue opens for admittance. 【Note on special events】 * For photo op events, please be sure to immediately check the photos taken. Retaking photos due to out-of-focus photos will only be allowed on the day of the event and cannot be requested at different event venues. Staff will determine whether requests for retaking photos can be approved or not. * All photos must be taken with either your smartphone or cell phone. Please do not forget to bring them on the day of the event. Apps such as SNOW will not be allowed. Use of SLR cameras will also be prohibited. * Please be aware that requests for specific poses or expressions may not be met in some cases. Excessive physical contact with members is prohibited. If event organizers have designated a selection of poses to choose from, all other requests will be declined. * Both Niiisan members and fans will be asked to be front faced for photos. * Requests cannot be made for Niiisan members to hold props during the photo op. * Photos do not have to be with fans, they can just be the Niiisan members on their own. * For autographs, only markers and pens prepared by event organizers can be used. * Things like your name, date, etc. cannot be included in autographs. * For autograph requests on personal items, only items that can be placed on provided tables will be allowed. There may be instances in which event staff will determine an item cannot be autographed due to the material or shape. 【Note on gifts】 * Only one gift can be given per event participation. * Letters-only can be given. If both a letter and gift will be given, please be sure to enclose the letter inside your gift. * Food and drinks, perishables, and fresh flowers cannot be given. Please refrain from giving excessively large or heavy items. |
| Notes | * Food, drinks, flowers (includes stand flowers and flower arrangements) cannot be delivered backstage. The exception will be flower delivers made by iii’s fan club members to the backstage area set up for flowers for the Niiisan members. Be sure to write your fan club member ID on the delivery orders. If that information is missing, the delivery will not be accepted. Please note that at some venues, flower deliveries will not be accepted even if you are an iii’s fan club member. An announcement will be made in such cases. * Tickets required for children ages 3 and above. * Times for doors opening and shows starting may change. * Taking photos, recording audio, and recording videos is prohibited. (If a performance allows for such, an announcement will be made.) * There may be instances where due to severe weather, unforeseen issues, artists having emergencies, etc., where concerts and events may need to be canceled or content changed. * Refrain from brining large personal items such as suitcases to the event. Please use nearby coin lockers instead. * Greeting and seeing off Niiisan members from train stations and airports is strictly prohibited. Attempting to directly hand letters and such to Niiisan group members outside of events is also prohibited. * Congregating near the venue to wait for Niiisan members to enter or leave the venue is prohibited. If residents near venues are inconvenienced and complaints are filed, the venues will no longer be available for future use. Please be mindful and follow the rules. * Refrain from sleeping overnight or staying up all night in line. Please follow any other directions event staff may give, for the sake of enabling a smooth operation of events. |
