| Notes | ●Regarding flower arrangements: ・Is there a size limit? No size limit. Stand flowers are also permitted, but must be collected. ・Is there a designated delivery time? Between 9 am-12 pm, on January 11. ・Is there a designated collection time? Between 9-10 pm, on January 11.? ●Regarding gifts and letters: - Please hand them to staff or put them in the designated present box on the day of the event. ●Regarding sale of goods: -There is a purchase limit per stage. -For goods from the past, sales will end once items are sold out -Only ticket holders can purchase goods. -You may enter the venue to save your seat, then get in line to buy goods. ●Other notices: -All audio and video recordings are strictly prohibited within the venue -Entry will be in the order of number printed on tickets, from A1~, then B1~. - In order to avoid confusion, you will only be allowed to cut in line to take your place up to 10 minutes before doors open. -You will be allowed to enter once the event has started, but you may be asked to wait before being let in. - You may start forming a line for entering the venue 15 minutes prior to each stage. - Please show your ticket with the QR code upon admittance. - When paying for your drink during admittance, please do your best to have the exact amount ready so that change will not be necessary. -If you are not feeling well, please let our staff know. -Waiting for members to enter or leave the venue is prohibited. -If you are late, please be aware you may not be able to immediately enter the venue. |
