◇Karaoke Championship: Entry method for initial screening◇ Please cut and paste the entry ticket printed on the bottom-left of the lyric sheet that came with your purchase on a piece of paper with the following information included: Zip code, address, name, age, sex, and phone number. Include a demo tape of either “Shiretoko Misaki” or “Ame ni chiru hana” onto a cassette tape, MD, or CD-R and send to us. Details can be found on the lyric sheet. Please note that submitted materials will not be returned.Entry deadline : Submissions must be received by January 9 (Tue), 2018 *Only those who pass the initial screening will be receiving a notification in the mail, which will be sent out in the beginning of February. No further announcements will be made.*Please note that entrants are responsible for transportation to the venue and accommodation costs. |
