| Notes | ◇Karaoke Championship: Entry method for initial screening◇ Please cut and paste the entry ticket printed on the bottom-left of the lyric sheet that came with your purchase on a piece of paper with the following information included: Zip code, address, name, age, sex, and phone number. Include a demo tape of either “Shinano Bojo” or “Koimachi Misaki” onto a cassette tape, MD, or CD-R and send to the following address: 【Address】 TEICHIKU Entertainment, Inc. No further announcements will be made. Please note that entrants are responsible for transportation to the venue and accommodation costs. Entries that arrive past the entry deadline will be disqualified. Please be aware that if entries lack required information such as your address and name, or there is not enough postage, we may be unable to contact you. Inquiries regarding results will not be accepted. |
