| Notes | Regarding attendance: Please refrain from gathering at the venue the day before the event or during midnight. Please use public transport to come to the venue. Cost of transportation to the venue will be borne by attendees. Regarding admission: For information on how to proceed from the Haneda Airport Terminal 3 entrances to the venue, please see this. Sharp objects and other dangerous items are prohibited at the venue. Persons under the influence of alcohol will be denied entry. Due to crowding at the venue, you may be required to wait your turn to enter. We ask for your understanding in advance. Regarding tickets: All seats reserved. Ticket stubs must be presented when re-entering the venue. If you leave your seat, please carry your ticket stub. Regarding video and music recording at the venue: During the performance we ask that anyone aside from press members refrain from video and music recording. Secondary use of video or sound recordings taken during the performance (displaying on personal websites, selling, etc.) are forbidden by law. Persons found engaging in video or music recording during the performance may in some cases be subject to measures such as equipment confiscation or data deletion. Regarding food and beverages at the venue: Please refrain from bringing food or beverages into the venue. Regarding nearby convenience stores and vending machines : Please inquire with Haneda Airport information services. Regarding smoking at the venue: Smoking is prohibited at the venue. We ask you to use the airport’s designated areas for smoking. Regarding use of restrooms: Restrooms are located outside the venue, so if using them after entry, please be sure to carry your ticket stub. Regarding delivery of dressing room flowers to the venue: *Only dressing room flowers will be accepted on the day of the performance. Please give the florist this map with directions to the service entry, and have them deliver the flowers via this entry. There are no particular limits to the size of dressing room flowers, but modest sizes are urged due to narrow passageways in back. Retrieval of dressing room flowers is unnecessary. We are unable to accept requests for returning flowers or allowing the flowers or their appurtenances to be taken home. Also, we ask for your understanding in advance that we cannot handle individual requests such as for watering flowers. Bouquets and the like will be treated as presents, so please bring them to the “present reception desk” at the venue. Regarding items on display at the venue by ALPHA INDUSTRIES: As a first-class supplier to the US military, ALPHA INDUSTRIES produces high-quality, sturdy jackets with high design sense. Also, like ACECOMBAT7, it is one of the originators of the 3LINES brand. On this occasion, it will be displaying special MA-1 jackets bearing the three slash lines. Anyone can try them on, so be sure go see them. 【Information on the Exhibition】 Only persons holding tickets for that day’s performance will be allowed to participate in the exhibition. Exhibition area open times (scheduled): 12:30-13:30 and 15:30-16:30 We ask those wishing to visit the exhibition area prior to the start of the day’s performance to form a line in the designated area. Please follow venue staff instructions while you stay. We ask for your understanding that changes may occur due to conditions on the day of the performance. Regarding day-of-performance ticket purchases: All tickets for ACE COMBAT™/S THE SYMPHONY were sold out. Please understand that we have made no preparations for selling tickets on the day of the performance. Information on bag checking: There is no cloak room at the venue, so please use the paid coin lockers in International Terminal 3 for bags. Cautions: The time and content of the event may change without prior notice. We ask for your understanding in advance. Please switch off your mobile phones during the performance as they may disturb others in the audience. Please refrain from behaviors during the performance that may disturb others in the audience such as private talk or making loud noises that would interfere with the performance. Prior to and after the performance and during breaks, please refrain from noisiness and other behaviors outside the venue or in and around the terminal that would disturb others using the airport. We expressly forbid the use of cameras, mobile phones, etc. to photograph, film, record music or make calls. If the staff discovers you doing this, they may delete the data, confiscate the device or require you to leave the venue. Smoking is prohibited at the venue. Please smoke in the airport’s smoking areas. We also ask you to refrain from bringing in igniting devices. Behaviors such as climbing onto the stage that may disturb others in the audience are forbidden. Behaviors that could cause vibrations such as jumping or foot-stomping during the performance are forbidden as they could result in vibration issues on lower floors. People engaging in other behaviors apart from the above that may disturb others in the audience may be asked to leave the venue. Neither the presenter nor the performers nor the venue will bear any responsibility whatsoever for troubles, accidents, thefts, etc. caused by attendees inside or outside of the venue. Persons from the press, including TV, magazine and Internet, will attend to cover the performance. Also, photographs of the concert may appear on Bandai Namco Entertainment’s website or other forms of media. Photographs or videos of the people in the audience may appear in any form of media. We ask for your understanding in advance. If fire should break out during the performance, please follow staff instructions. In cases of persons violating these cautions, failing to follow staff instructions or judged as failing to maintain safety and order at the venue, such as through drunkenness, they may be asked to leave the venue, even during the performance. We ask everyone for their kind understanding and cooperation to make this a safe and pleasant event. |
