| Contact | ■Congratulatory flower arrangements Q: Are there any size limits? A: None in particular. Arrangements using flower stands are also okay. Everyone bringing them in is asked to be responsible for taking them back out afterwards. Q: What is the specified delivery time? A: We ask that they be delivered between 10:00 am and 12:00 noon on the day of the performance. Q: At what time should they be retrieved? A: Please retrieve them between 21:00 and 22:00. ●About gifts and letters ・Please hand gifts and letters to the nearest staff or place them in designated boxes on the day of the event. ●Cheki photo op ・The staff will direct those who wish to take a photo to line up in the order of their entry ticket number and pay for the photo op before taking the photo. ・Poses for the photo cannot be designated. ・Please follow the staff’s instructions when your turn comes to take the photo. ●Merchandise booth ・The total number of merchandise items available for purchase is set per stage. ・Merchandise will be sold during the Cheki photo op too. ・Only ticket holders will be able to make purchases. ・You may go inside to get a seat first, then come back out to join the merchandise line. ●Other notices ・In order to avoid confusion, you will only be allowed to cut in line to take your place up to 10 minutes before doors open. ・You will be allowed to enter once the event has started, but you may be asked to wait before being let in. ・You may start forming a line for entering the venue 15 minutes prior to each stage. ・Please show your ticket with the QR code upon admittance. ・When paying for your drink during admittance, please do your best to have the exact amount ready so that change will not be necessary. ■Please be sure to read through all of the following important points and agree to them before purchasing your ticket(s). ・We ask that attendees pay 600 yen upon admission to the venue to cover the cost of one drink. ・Limit of two tickets per person. ・The seat number is on a first-come-first-served basis. Admission to the venue will be in the order of entry ticket number. ・Day-of-performance tickets will be unavailable if advance tickets sell out. ・On the day of the performance all forms of stage-door waiting around the venue to catch performers arriving or leaving are prohibited. ・No photography, sound recording, bringing in food or drinks, or saving seats for friends will be allowed. ・Attendees shouting or drawing attention in ways that hinder the performance or otherwise being a nuisance to people around them may be asked to leave during the middle of the performance. ・We strongly forbid resale of tickets for commercial purposes. Please note that admission may be refused in some cases to holders of resold tickets. ・There are no cloakrooms or coin lockers at the venue. ・Please note that there will be no refunds after tickets are purchased. |
